We are now actively seeking a motivated individual with an eye for detail, to fill an administration/ customer service based role, within our container and freight station division in Hillsborough, Christchurch.
Working in an office environment where time is the most important factor, the position would suit applicants who thrive working under pressure, have top class prioritizing skills and can demonstrate a wide range of administration skills such as accurate and efficient data entry, customer service; being the first point of contact via phone and email, meeting and greeting customers, dealing with client enquiries and general office duties.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be IT savvy, able to work well as part of a small team and go the extra mile for the success of the division and company.
The successful applicant will enjoy the challenges associated with the fast moving transport industry. If you have an eye for detail, great attitude and communication skills we would like to hear from you. Previous experience within the releasing of freight and container dispatch would be an advantage, but not essential. Preferably you will have a minimum of one year’s experience in a role with a focus on data entry and customer service.
